The Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport hereby announces its fiscal years 2016 – 2018 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Race-Neutral goal of 1.17% for airport construction projects. The proposed goal and rationale are available for inspection between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at the Office of the Airport Executive Director, 3200 Airport Complex North, Pullman, Washington, 99163 for 30 days from the date of this publication.
